APAC Liver Disease Alliance White Paper launch

On 18 July at 9 AM CEST/3 PM SGT, our Partnerships and Programme Director, Capucine Pénicaud, will join an expert panel for the online launch of the first White Paper of APAC Liver Disease Alliance with the title “Eliminating Asia’s Silent Emergency: Hepatitis and Hepatocellular Carcinoma”.

The APAC Liver Disease Alliance was officially launched in January 2023. This multilateral Alliance provides a neutral platform for governments, not-for-profits, academia, and healthcare organisations to drive collaborative efforts for liver diseases, highlight the value of better liver disease prevention and control, and advocate for the importance of optimal policies to benefit health systems and society.

Capucine will be joined by an impressive lineup of speakers who will be sharing their expertise and shedding light on pressing issues related to HCC and Hepatitis in the Asia-Pacific region, including John Ward, Prof. Kudo Masatoshi and Raoh-Fang (Jasmine) Pwu.

During the webinar, you will also have the opportunity to hear from Will Brown as he dives into the paper’s findings and Roberta Sarno, who will provide insights about the alliance, sharing their mission and collaborative efforts.
